Before you begin, gather the following materials:

Find A Box
First impressions matter so pick out a beautiful box in a festive colour or pattern to place your silk scarf in. If you’re buying your silk scarf from Shaku, we’ll place it in our luxury classic coral box which looks perfect under the Christmas tree.
Avoid wrapping your silk scarf in wrapping paper as the scarf will move around and won’t be neatly folded by the time your loved one opens it.
Use tissue paper
We always use tissue paper when wrapping our silk scarves because it’s a fabulous touch to a luxury gift. Plus, it gives your silk scarf that extra protection the delicate material needs. You can also protect your scarf by placing it in a cotton bag but, personally, we think that tissue paper is prettier. Place the scarf at one end of your paper and fold into the middle so that tissue paper is completely covering your scarf.
Ribbons, ribbons, ribbons!
